Information on this site that has been written by the ITCA, is considered to be intellectual property, and is protected by United States Copyright Law. In addition, the ITCA seal, or logo, in whole and in part, is protected by United States Trademark Laws. These items are assets of the ITCA and, as such, are protected from infringement.

The ITCA does not allow anyone the use of its copyrights or trademarks except with written permission from the Board of Governors of the ITCA. Use by individuals of the ITCA seal for personal use of any kind is prohibited. Use of the ITCA’s intellectual property in a way that disparages the ITCA, its members, officers and directors, or its activities may result in prosecution. This policy will be strictly enforced in order to comply with intellectual property laws and to protect the ITCA's assets.
